ELLIPSE - a sculptural fire bowl made of Corten steel that surprises with unexpected functionality. If she is in the center of the action, she can take a neutral position, but also turn towards a seating area or shield the flames from too much wind. The foot ensures stability and forms the bearing for the rounded shell. At the same time, it is also an ash bowl: if the fire has burned down as much as possible and should be completely ended, the bowl can be gripped with gloves and emptied by lifting it on one side into the foot. This is then closed with the empty brazier in the overhead position, which smothers the remaining fire and goes out.
